Forum Introduction

What's the use of a forum for me?
This forum is the virtual meting location for computer fans. Are you looking forward to a online discussion? Do you have a (computer) problem you can't solve? Have you got any tips for other visitors having a problem? You you want the world to hear your voice? That's all possible at a forum. The big advantage of a forum is the fact that everyone can answer your question, what can't be possible when you send someone a e-mail directly.

The use of a Forum
The goal of a forum is getting people on the Internet closer to each other; they get a new way of communicating with each other. People can post their question, and it can be read by anyone. Visitors (members) of the forum can post answers or suggestions to that question.

The forum is subdivided in main categories, like General, Games and Suggestions. Inside these categories you'll find topics. These topics can be read by any visitor of the forum. You can become a member of the forum, and then you can leave messages here for other visitors, or create a new topic yourself. Become and being a member is free. It's used only for identification in the forum.

  1. Mean parts or other contributions of doubtful nature, like sexual explicit material or referring/notifying to sites with illegal software are forbidden and will be removed.
  2. Using abusive language might not seam to hurt, but it isn't that nice. Respect the opinions of other people, threat them worthy, and keep discussions free of robust language and hateful wishes, etc..
  3. A general category has been set up, which can be found at the top of the forum home page. Here you can discuss about anything, without bothering other members of the forum. There is also a category set up where you can test things out, the Test Zone category. Use these categories of the forum and keep other categories free for the topics they are meant for. This avoids irritation by other users, and the forum will be kept usable as well.
